Your MWMFA Registration can be accepted at our “Bear Den” 7008 – 23 Avenue (Millwoods Park Pavilion—far west door of grey building surrounded by the parking lot and turf football field):
Wednesday, April 19 between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Atom / Peewee / Bantam). Equipment will be sized and distributed at a later date.
Thursday, April 20 between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Atom / Peewee / Bantam). Equipment will be sized and distributed at a later date.
Spring Camp will be another opportunity—May 13th, 9:30am Registration, 10am Start

Registration forms can be completed in advance using PDF forms on our website, print them out and bring them in, (really speeds up the process) or we have copies available onsite.
Bring proof of birth date (Alberta Health Care, birth certificate, passport-no copies will be required).
Bring payment by cash, money order, or cheque. Credit card can be accepted for registration fees; HOWEVER, cheques are required for the equipment deposit and volunteer deposits.
The cost of registration per season is $340 for Atom, Peewee, Bantam. There is a discount of $25 for each additional child.

We can accept multiple payments for registration if that is helpful under a fixed income. Another option is called Kidsport that can cover up to $250 per child toward registration provided you have proof of income (One of these: AISH, subsidized housing, Alberta Works Benefits card, latest Notice of Assessment from recent tax year, 3 consecutive pay stubs) OR an endorsement signature. We have Kidsport forms for you to complete and can send them in o).
